Jennifer has worked on coating projects involving concrete and steel structures for utilities, agencies, and owners. Her experience includes storage tanks, pipelines, surface preparation, and a broad range of protective coating systems.

Her coatings background spans inorganic zincs, epoxies, fusion-bonded epoxy, urethanes, acrylics, vinyl esters, PVC linings, and high-build materials. As FPI’s lead QP5 Level III inspector on Guam, she brings that experience to the field.
